Jacques Chester stole my thunder with a great post over at "The Wonkery" about how an index might reflect the quality of a government (or departmental) inquiry. We’d love your thoughts over there on what you think should be measured, and what metrics might be useful.
As his post title says, it’s "A little inquiry of our own".
