Moore v Frederick must be an assignment

From the sudden jump in search referrals for "Moore v Frederick", (the "Bong Hits 4 Jesus" case) there must be at least some assignments about the implications in law faculties, or perhaps advocates for-or-against the right to free and ambiguous/uninterpretable speech are gearing up for action.
It is an important case, and if you are into civil rights, want a good chuckle, or both, it is worth checking out my link farm here (which should probably get an update), especially the analysis by LegalEagle (and subsequent discussion) over at Skepticlawyer "Carrots that eat milk".
I’m unaware of any other case and comments on it that provide such a combination of giggles and gravity.
